The datacenter is monitored by physical security 24/7 and access to the datacenter is only allowed for persons with a security chip.
Our capacity of connection to the internet is 1.8 Tbps. We also cover projects with high connectivity demands.
Server reboots, plug-in control, hardware exchange and other issues will be resolved by our 24/7 technical support.
The servers are placed in a perfect environment - free of dust - and in lockable, air-conditioned, refrigerated racks. The ideal temperature in the datacenter is 20-24 °C, and we keep it at 21 °C. Additionally, the humidity in the room is also regulated due to static electricity generation.
In the case of an unexpected power failure the datacenter is equipped with UPS systems, which are directly powered by the transformer at Prague Energy. If there is a primary blackout, the diesel generator starts up automatically. It is functional again within 3 minutes of the power failure detection at PRE.
All routes are backed up in N + 1 mode. In the event of a route failure, all traffic & nbsp; is automatically redirected to the backup ISP within 10 seconds. The connectivity is ensured by (certified) TIER I providers and is designed with a 150% reserve against common, everyday peaks.

At the basic cost of our servers, we connect our customers to the Internet with a double-link (called the SuperBond), that guarantees an internet connection in the event of a network card failure in the server or a switch failure in Cisco.
